Ratification of Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal Agreement
The 2025-2028 Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal Agreement (LGBA)/ Convention Collective Les Grands Ballets Canadiens (CCLGB) is now up for ratification by the eligible membership. Voting for the newly negotiated Agreement will take place online only.

How to Vote
Regular, Regular - Extended Visa, Associate, and Life members in good standing and who were engaged under the 2022-2025 LGBA are eligible to vote.
Voting instructions and unique voting links will be sent by email and/or SMS to eligible Equity members in good standing on May 22 by our online voting platform, ElectionBuddy. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your electronic ballot.
If you believe you are eligible to vote on the ratification of the 2025-2028 LGBA and have not received a ballot via email, please contact the National Office or email communications@caea.com for assistance.
Voting is open from May 22, 10:00 a.m. (ET) to June 9, 12:00 p.m. (ET).
