Submitting a Memorial

Equity invites you to submit a memorial statement and photograph to honour an Equity member who has passed away.

For guidance on writing a memorial, please review the published memorial statements.

Please note that multiple statements for the same member may only be published for Life Members and Larry McCance Award winners. Memorial statements may be withheld or edited at the discretion of the editor. To submit, fill out all information fields, review all of your contact information, member information, and your memorial statement before submitting. Memorial statements are limited to 500 words. Shortly after clicking 'submit', you will receive an automatic confirmation email.

Equity members should login to upload a photograph directly to the Association.

Non-members may email a photograph to Please put In Memoriam and the name of the member in the email's subject line. Please fill out all information fields.
