    Announcing the Equity Honours 2022 Honorees

    Equity is very pleased to announce the recipients of the 2022 Honours Awards! The Honours Awards recognize the outstanding achievements and contributions of Equity members and other artists in our industry.

    To celebrate this year’s honourees, a video recording of the awards presentations will be made available on Equity’s social platforms and at www.caea.com on December 1, 2022.

    Join us in congratulating the following artists for their immeasurable contributions to the sector:
    • Life Membership, awarded to members of Equity who have made an outstanding contribution to the performing arts within our jurisdiction, will be awarded to Victoria Bertram, Stephen Heatley, Elley-Ray Hennessy, and Stan Lesk this year.

    • Honorary Membership, awarded to a non-member of Equity who has made an outstanding contribution to the Association and/or its members, or to the performing arts, will be awarded to Joysanne Sidimus this year.

    • Larry McCance Award, presented to Equity members in good standing or to former staff members who have made an outstanding contribution to the Association, will be awarded to the late Keith Davidson this year.
