Equity is proud to announce the release of an updated Service Standards Policy, detailing Equity’s continuing commitment to deliver optimum service to members and others who interact with the Association. In addition, a new, easy to use, online submission form is now available for members to provide instant feedback on their experience with Equity.

“The majority of our members reach out to Equity in a time of need, be it for help with an issue in their workplace, questions about their rights under our agreements, or budgeting their own productions,” said Equity Executive Director, Arden R. Ryshpan. “It’s important that they have confidence in the ability to get an accurate answer from their Association in a timely fashion.”

The Service Standards Policy identifies what can be expected in terms of response times and procedures and explains how Equity prioritizes and responds to questions and requests.

Equity encourages members and others who interact with the Association to use the new form to share their experience, comments, compliments, complaints, or criticisms with us. Feedback is essential to help us improve our service!

The new Service Standards Policy follows on the heels of a new Respectful Workplace Policy in a series of amendments Equity is undertaking to revise and update its policies and materials, making them more streamlined and accessible for ease of use.
