Equity's National Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025.
The National AGM is a great opportunity to hear the Council President and the Executive Director update you on the Association’s activities over the last year and hear the latest updates on the Association’s finances from our Director of Finances and Administration.
Access to Equity's National AGM is available to members in good standing only. Please check your membership status in your Member Profile.

You must be registered to join the meeting. Once registered, members will receive a confirmation email from Zoom including the link and the password to join the meeting.
Why attend? This year’s National AGM is your chance to find out what your Association and its Council have been working on – bargaining, advocacy, finances, committees, and more! It’s a great opportunity to catch up, ask questions, and interact with Councillors, Equity staff, and your fellow members.
An informal social event will be held online following the NAGM. Come chat, play a game, share news, and catch up with your community.
Can't Attend? A video recording of the meeting, and copies of the meeting reports, will be made available to all members online as soon as possible after the meeting takes place.

Any resolutions for the National AGM must be submitted to Council President Scott Bellis via email (president@caea.com) no later than Friday, October 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
