Registering to Join the National Annual General Meeting
Access to Equity's National AGM on October 16, 2023 is available to members in good standing only. Please check your membership status in your Member Profile.
A video recording of the meeting will be made available to all members as soon as possible after the meeting takes place.

Venue: Online via Zoom
You must be registered to join the meeting.
ASL Interpretation will be provided during the business part of the meeting only.
The National AGM is a great opportunity to hear the Council President and the Executive Director update you on the Association’s activities over the last year and hear the latest updates on the Association’s finances from our Director of Finances and Administration.
Once registered, a member will receive a confirmation email including the link and the password to join the meeting.

Any resolutions for the National AGM must be submitted to Council President Scott Bellis via email no later than Friday, October 6, 2023.
Why attend? A lot has changed over the past year. This year’s National AGM is your chance to find out what your Association and its Council have been working on – bargaining, advocacy, finances, committees, and more! It’s a great opportunity to catch up, ask questions, and interact with Councillors, Equity staff, and colleagues.

Can't Attend? A video recording of the meeting, and copies of the meeting reports, will be made available to all members on www.caea.com as soon as possible after the meeting takes place.
ASL Interpretation
Please note that attendance via desktop or laptop is recommended if you require ASL interpretation. The interpreter may be difficult to see on smaller devices. During presentations (such as PowerPoints) participants who wish to view the ASL interpreter can select “Pin Video” in the context menu (“...”), which is available by hovering over the interpreter’s video thumbnail.
