Equity is pleased to announce that the 2026–2028 Equity Second City Agreement is now available online.
The agreement came into effect January 1, 2026.
The new agreement includes a 14% increase in fees over the life of the agreement as well as increases for Creative Compensation, improved language around publicity and promotional appearances and mandatory rehearsal time for Understudies.
