    Royal Winnipeg Ballet Agreement Ratified
    OPA Equity is pleased to announce the ratification of the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Agreement (RWBA). The ratified terms of the RWBA will take effect July 1, 2023 and will remain in place until June 30, 2026.

    The changes demonstrate significant improvements in the areas of fees, working conditions, and inclusive language.

    Eligible members of Equity voted 100% in support of the proposed changes with a voting return rate of 76.7%.
