    Alberta Ballet Agreement Ratified
    ABA Equity is pleased to announce the ratification of the Alberta Ballet Agreement (ABA). The ratified terms of the ABA will take effect July 1, 2023 and will remain in place until June 30, 2026.

    The changes demonstrate significant improvements in the areas of fees and work-life balance, added provisions for managing onstage intimacy, as well as a stronger language related to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

    Eligible members of Equity voted 100% in support of the proposed changes with a voting return rate of 61.8%.
