Equity’s short-term customized Mental Health & Wellness assistance program geared to mental, financial, physical, and emotional wellbeing is a confidential counselling service designed to support you in handling stress at work and home, parenting and childcare, managing money, and health issues as well. An experienced, Masters-accredited counsellor will work with you to understand your concern, provide support that best suits your needs and guide you to resolution.

Please note, this service will be available until March 31, 2023, the end of the funding period provided by the Canada Performing Arts Workers Resilience Fund (CPAWRF). Don’t hesitate to take advantage now!

There is 24-hour, 7-days-a-week toll-free, secure and confidential telephone access through LifeWorks' Care Access Centre for crisis counselling, risk assessment and matching to appropriate service(s). LifeWorks' intake specialists are fully bilingual in English and French.
