This is a friendly reminder that the AFC Reactivation Program is still accepting applications! Equity members of all disciplines, as well as comedy and circus performers, technicians, production workers, and other live performance professionals are encouraged to apply.

The Reactivation Program provides a one-time relief payment of up to $2,500 for live performance workers who are experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic and who need support. Equity members who are self-employed gig workers, (including non-permanent employees), residing outside of the province of Quebec, are eligible to apply.

Financial documentation proving eligibility will be required. Funds will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.

Fund allocation is prioritized for artists who have been hit hardest by the pandemic: IBPOC, racialized people, 2SLGBTQIA+, deaf people, persons with disabilities, and rural and underserved areas.
