PACT and Equity announce that a searchable and downloadable version of the 2021-2024 Canadian Theatre Agreement (CTA), including bookmarks and a hyperlinked Table of Contents, is now available. The 2021-2024 CTA consists of three items; the CTA Material Terms, the CTA Minimum Fee Booklet and the COVID-19 Addendum to the CTA. The terms of the 2021-2024 CTA are in effect until June 23, 2024.

Please note: The online CTA Material Terms and Fee Booklet documents are designed to be viewed with recent versions of Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. Interacting with PDF documents/forms using 3rd party applications and Internet browsers will have varying and unexpected results. Visit the PDF Help page for further assistance.

Hard copies of the CTA Material Terms and the CTA Minimum Fee Booklet will be made available as soon as printing permits. Please note, due to the Ontario emergency provincial order, printing may be delayed.

Hard copies of the 2021-2024 CTA will be mailed to Equity stage managers in good standing upon request. Stage managers should look for an email invitation early next week to register to receive a CTA in hard copy. Other Equity members may place a request to receive hard copies by email to agreements@caea.com; include your name, member number and any contact information updates. Please note, due to the Ontario emergency provincial order, access to Equity's National Office to complete this mailing may be delayed until our staff can safely and legally enter the offices.
