The Stratford Addendum to the CTA is Equity’s collective agreement that modifies the terms and conditions of the Canadian Theatre Agreement (CTA) to reflect the Festival’s production process and Artists.
The current Addendum expires June 30, 2028.

It is the Engager’s responsibility to abide by and conform to the terms and conditions of the Stratford Addendum and the CTA.
Furthermore, the Engager has an obligation — under both the agreement and applicable provincial legislation — to create and maintain a safe and respectful workplace for all workers.
