The Festival Policy is available only for artistic activities produced by individuals, groups of individuals, collectives, and not-for-profit theatre companies that are not adhered to a professional agreement negotiated with Equity.
Application
A completed Festival Policy Application Form must be filed with Equity at least 30 days prior to the start of rehearsals. Equity members may not rehearse or provide any service without Equity’s approval of the Festival Policy application.
Calculations for insurance premiums must be submitted with the Application Form.
The Festival Policy Application Form must designate at least one Equity member to act as a contact person for the purpose of communicating with Equity.
