Ratification of the National Ballet of Canada Agreement
The 2026–2029 National Ballet of Canada Agreement (NBCA) is now up for ratification by the eligible membership. Voting for the newly negotiated Agreement will take place online only.

How to Vote
Voting is open from May 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) to June 12, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (ET).
Regular, Regular - Extended Visa, Associate, and Life members in good standing and who were engaged under the 2023–2026 NBCA are eligible to vote.
Voting instructions and unique voting links will be sent by email and/or SMS to eligible Equity members in good standing on May 29 by our online voting platform, ElectionBuddy. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your electronic ballot.
If you believe you are eligible to vote on the ratification of the 2026–2029 NBCA and do not receive a ballot via email, please contact communications@caea.com for assistance.
