2021 Stratford Festival COVID-19 Addendum Ratification Commences
Equity announces that bargaining for the 2021 COVID-19 Addendum to the Stratford Festival Addendum to the Canadian Theatre Agreement (CTA) has successfully concluded.

Regular, Regular - Extended Visa and Life Equity members, in good standing and engaged under the Stratford Festival Addendum 2015-2018 (including extensions) and those engaged for the 2021 Season to date, are eligible to vote on the proposed changes.

Voting starts today May 27, 2021, and will conclude at noon ET on June 10, 2021. It will be conducted by online and telephone voting only. The results of the ratification will be announced on e-Drive and on Equity's website. Pending a successful ratification, the amended terms of the 2021 COVID-19 Addendum to the Stratford Festival Addendum, including fee increases, will take effect immediately.

Eligible voters should look for a ratification ballot in their email inbox today. Information on this ratification vote, including a detailed explanation of the proposed material changes, is now available at www.caea.com (members only).

Negotiations between Equity and the Stratford Festival took place online by Zoom from February 3 to March 24, 2021, and were completed by email on May 11, 2021.
