The COVID-19 pandemic continues to disrupt the live performance sector in many ways. The various states of emergency and/or physical distancing requirements have forced the cancellation of most productions. As a result, members and others with an Equity engagement contract that was supposed to begin in July, August or September 2020 but has been cancelled or terminated, may be owed payment in accordance with the applicable agreement or engagement policy.
