Upon presentation of original receipt of purchase or proof of replacement value, the Theatre shall reimburse the Artist for all loss and/or damage caused by the act, fault or negligence of the Theatre, its representatives, agents, servants or employees, to:
(i) the Artist's property used, or to be used in connection with a production or productions covered by his/her engagement contract; and/or
(ii) the personal clothing worn by the Artist to the Theatre; and/or
(iii) the personal effects of the Artist including his/her baggage, while any such property is wholly or partly in the possession or control or under the supervision of the Theatre, or any of its representatives, agents, servants, or employees or while said property is in any Theatre building or other place where the Artist is required to be under his/her engagement contract, and where the Theatre has the ability to provide reasonable security measures or when any such property or personal effects have been in any way shipped, forwarded or stored by the Theatre, or any of its representatives, agents, servants or employees.
